FIXED: Problems in Language Encoding

I copied and pasted Chinese passages onto the document pane in text, unicode text and html text. The encoding didn't work well, generating a lot of  "?" or simply weird characters. The software crashed after I created a new markdown file in the document pane and pasted the same Chinese passage onto it. Now I avoid it by creating a MHT file in the document pane and edit the file in an external editor.
 
The forum has talked about this issue (http://infoqubeim.com/drupal5/?q=node/4076#comments). Is it a persistent issue? How can I have the characters encoded correctly?Thanks.

Google Calendar Sync Questions

I reviewed the documentation here and I do not believe these questions are addressed. I synced my calendars some months ago. It imported thousands of item. I want to get rid of a lot of them from IQ. However I need to be careful deleting them because I have 2-way sync and I don't want them deleted from Google! So I will turn 2-way sync off before doing so.
 
I will then re initiate 2-way Google sync. Questions:
 
1. What does "perform full sync" do? I don't see it explained in the help manual.
2. Can I start sync effective as of a specific day? For instance 2 weeks in the past?
3. What happens if a user is in 1-way sync mode and deletes items and then turns 2-way sync back on? I assume nothing but just checking.

Inbox Error

 When attempting to access the Inbox grid I get the message:
"Unable to update Grid Source. Check Source for syntax error, delete fields or non-existing tags. Syntax error in (missing operator) in query expression "((Inbox ) AND (
))'.)
 
If I create a new grid named "test" with the source Inbox field it works fine. 
 
If I change the Inbox grid to a different source, I still get the error.
 
What is the error message above telling me?
Suggestions?

Undo Question

Just did a few searches and also referred to the help manual which gives no explanation for "undo": 2. Edit Menu
 
Undo works if I change an items value, but 90% of the times I've needed it have been when I have accidentally deleted an item, and it appears to do nothing for that. I assume there is some technical challenge on that?

Please don't make error notices automatically disappear

When there is a rule error or similar an error notice pop-ups on the lower right of IQ. Then it seamlessly disappears....often before I am able to finish reading it so I can figure out the issue :-). I do understand if it did not disappear it could become super irritating if the user had to manually close it every time until they had a chance to fix the error. So perhaps a system option for how long the user wants that message to appear? Something between 1 and 60 seconds?

Cannot Reorder Grids

I just spent 10 minutes dragging grids around in alphabetical order, saved, reopened, and not one of the changes stuck. Did it again with just a couple grids before doing it all over again and same result.
 
Also, it would be a huge time saver if grid order could be (optionally) automatically sorted alphabetically. I understand that many users may prefer a non-alphabetized sort, but for those of us who just want them alphabetized, it would save a lot of time of I could just click "sort" and save. This is where you usually tell me something is already possible :-) but I did check tools > grid options just in case there was an option to sort there but I do not see one.
