Sometimes when I create a subitem (Return>alt-right arrow), InfoQube shows two versions of the same item.  These items have the same ID number.  They remain in view until I delete one using delete>this view only.

This has been going on for months.  It doesn't happen all the time but once it starts, it persists for some time.  The effect appears to be localized (if I go to another part of the file, it doesn't do this).

1) Hyperlink to item in another grid correctly opens the item in its grid.

2) But item is hoisted instead of being shown in proper grid context with parents expanded.

3) When item is unhoisted, and selection is lost and you can no longer navigate to the item in the grid.

Update:  I think this is another case where a command cannot execute correctly because the items in the grid have not been loaded. 

I expanded all the levels in the grid, and after that the hyperlink worked correctly.

1. I am not able to set field values or using Tag defaults.

A. After I try to set DueDate, it just reverts back to "none"

How do I specify which grid a linked item opens in?

User manual says "When linking to a single item, you can specify the grid, such as 1280|Inbox"

I can't get this to work.  When I click on a link using the above format, I get a dialogue saying the hyperlink target contains two links, which do you want to use?

As a side note, shouldn't a linked item always open in its home grid unless another grid is specified?

Have three-state fields been considered for InfoQube?

I use yes/no fields to track various kinds of work and I often find that I need it to track three conditions, not just two =

1) Yes

2) No

3) Not checked yet (ie unknown if item's condition is a yes or no)

So I end having to use two columns to track one set of conditions, which seems inefficient.

I can drag-drop multiple Outlook items from Outlook to IQ.
However, when I try to copy/paste multiple items from Outlook to IQ, only the first item is pasted.

EDIT: Copy/Paste multiple E-mails to Word works fine

A feature request:
When pasting Outlook items, would it be possible to also paste the E-mail Date, From, To (Recipient) and E-mail Account?
If not possible when pasting, how about drag-drop (I much prefer pasting)?

Sometimes the items in a grid are Hoisted w/o me doing it.

I am not sure about all the situations when this happens, but here is one example:
1. Select a grid
2. Put in a text string in the Omnibox that is part of an item that is not selected and search.
3. After the item is shown in the Live-search, click "Back" (View | History | Back).
4. This takes me to a hoisted Grid.

I always add my items by Form. I would really like to see the the Forms in the New Item / Universal Clipper dialog (http://infoqubeim.com/drupal5/node/464).
In addition, the dialog would include all Field types (not just check-mark type) and a way to enter Tags in Forms.

Manage grids>right click grid>save order of grids

This command has never worked correctly for me.  I sort grids alphabetically.  When I return later, they're frequently scrambled again and have to be manually re-sorted.
