Conditional formatting equations partly broken : became case sensitive

Submitted by Armando on 2016/12/07 10:48
Conditional formatting equations have become case sensitive and many equation (100?) aren't working.

Noticed it 2 weeks ago but didn't have the time to look at it. Now on a project where colors are of great importance (make difference between citations, excerpts, references, key workds, ...), and after much pondering and testing, I discovered the case sensitivity problem.

E.g.: operators (AND/OR) became sensitive.

I don't know exactly when that happened, it wasn't like that before. If you need more details, please say!

Thanks!

P.S: Conditional formatting is very important to me. My organizational system is partly based on colors and so I'm  lost without it -- at least partially. I'm making this clear as it can be seen as cosmetic, but it's absolutely not.

Values disappearing from Property Pane

Submitted by DavidF on 2016/12/07 08:24
hi,

I'm still getting an intermittent problem where values disappear entirely from the Properties Pane. You can see them in columns in the grid, but the Property Pane is completely blank.

As far as I can tell, it's heralded by non-responsiveness when I use a pop-up list: I select an item and IQ seems to be working but nothing happens and the value doesn't appear. Subsequent to that, I get the problem as noted above. At some stage thereafter  (usually!) the values reappear in the Properties Pane. This seems to happen after flicking back and forth between different grids. When the Property Pane is in this blank state, it really doesn't seem to know any values exist in the item: under Item Properties it reads "Values:0".

Using 87d.

Configuring the Clipping Footer

You can configure what additional information is added to the clipping using the HTMLClipperTemplate.htm file.

You can use the following tags to substitute clipping info:
  • {ClipURL}
  • {ClipDateTime}
  • {ClipDate}
  • {ClipTime}
  • {User}
  • {Title}: Page title
  • {ClipContent}: This tag must be enclosed by <!-- {StartClip} --> and <!-- {EndClip} --> tags
The default template adds:
  1. A horizontal line after the clipping
  2. The URL of the clipping, Date and the current user
  3. A second horizontal line
The code for the default template:
<!-- {StartClip} -->
{ClipContent}
<!-- {EndClip} -->

[changed] can't copy & paste separate lines/values (from separate cells/items) to separate items

Submitted by Armando on 2016/12/02 14:05
I thought I reported that but can't find it.

"In fields other than the item field : can't copy & paste separate lines/values (from separate cells/items) to separate items"

[Edit 2016 12 04 : right now, I can't even do it in the item field/colum]

All lines are copied in each cell. Makes it impossible to batch transfer/copy content from many cells in a column to another column (in a grid)

Steps

- number column/field with values, select multiple items/values,
- copy
- select another field/column (number or text), same amount of items

Display bug: menu, toolbars & context menus

Submitted by Tom on 2016/12/02 05:19
I start two IQ files at the same time (e.g. select two shortcuts to the files and press enter)

One instance of IQ will be fine,
the other will have display problems in menu, toolbars & (all) context menus:

PS (in case) this not a priority for me, just reporting
I actually noticed this problem using skwire's 'Splat' which can be used to launch multiple files at once:
