Somewhere along the way it still loses focus & then user (this user) can't re-focus it. Instead I have to move pane back into position

How do I set the default Font and Font Size for the HTML Pane?

Another forum post: I'm obviously craving attention ;)

I've got a Toshiba laptop which has its number pad incorporated into the letter keys, such that if number-lock is engaged, FN (function key) + M gives 0. Now, I use FN+ALT + these numbers to enter ascii codes, which have been working till recently. But now pressing FN+M (0), with or without ALT, has begun to create a new item, which means I can't enter any more asciis. No listing for this in Tools>Keyboard Shortcuts>View all Shortcuts. Can anyone replicate this or know how to get rid of this shortcut? Thanks!

Is there a way to lock the position of the HTML Pane on the right, so that when I move my IQ main window, the HTML Panel moves with it?

Hi all. I've been wanting to do something with infoqube for a while, but can't seem to get my head around how to proceed, so I thought I may as well throw it out there and see if anyone's got more imagination than I. I use infoqube to take notes for my dissertation. I have a main grid with all my primary sources, and then I hoist each source as I work on it. My problem is that I have two different types of entries that I don't know how to combine: structural entries and note entries. In terms of structure, I like to expand each source into its main chapters as subitems, and then expand each of these subitems into their sections or arguments. But then I have a parallel interest in wanting to expand each item into notes on that very section. Sometimes this proceeds smoothly, namely when notes are on a given section which has no sub-sections.

I was just curious about opinions of venerable IQ users  on that notorious subject.

I only use the date filter once a month or probably less even - I've never fully come to grips with it

The manual page Date Filter toolbar is clear but missing some info and doesnt really explain it properly for a true beginner (or to me at any rate)

 

I know I could check out the following by trial and error but I dont really have a suitable database for checking this stuff, &, as I say, I just getting addled by it all:

 

( prob not important but let's say the source is ItemCreated )

Can I make my different IQ files look differently i.e. the grid color?

Well, well, this was supposed to be the official release of 0.9.25...

 

But I couldn't help myself and got some new features in, and will issue a last pre-rel.

 

The 2 "surprises" are enhanced undo and automatic grid updates.

I have the following Field settings

So I thought I would be able to enter 16 & get $16.00

or I would be able to enter 16.00 & get $16.00

Neither happened.

 

I refreshed <F5>, closed re-opened grid, closed / re-opened program

Where did I go wrong?
