Copy Files After Changing Outline Indenting?

I increased the Outline Indenting and got a dialog asking me to move files.

It is a bit confusing because the directory is Viking.SNDB.files.
In this directory, I have another directory Viking_copy.SNDB.files and some other directories (for other SNDB files) as well as a a few regular files.

The message stated to move files from Viking.SNDB.files to its subdirectory Viking_copy.SNDB.files. Am I only supposed to move the few files, but not directories (which would cause a loop...)?

Proposal of a grid / item navigation cluster

When focus is on the grid, the letter keys are sadly neglected (no use at all, except to start editing and output that character first in the edit box). Below is my proposal of a left-hand navcluster to make the most-used item commands available in an easy-to-remember spatial layout. This is working Autohotkey code:

Sensible value not to exceed for ItemTextSize

I'm considering filtering my main IQ file for items with large values for ItemTextSize, i. e. items with lots of item text, to move anything but a 'heading' or the first sentence to the HTML 'field'. Two questions:

1. Will this be worth my while from a performance / data security / stability point of view?

2. If yes, what would be a sensible value to shoot for as a maximum for item text size?

Many thanks!

FIXED: Lost toolbar set up

I really thought I understood how to preserve my toolbar set up but I've lost it again.  I'm sure it happened because yesterday I using opening old versions of InfoQube trying to get copy-special to work.

I'd appreciate advice on what I did wrong.

1) I had four files open.

2) Files #1 and #2 had the correct toolbars.

3) Files #3 and #4 had the wrong toolbars.

4) I closed files 2, 3, and 4.

Using previous InfoQube versions

Can I do the following without causing problems with my databases?  I think I can but I want to confirm.

1) Close current InfoQube files and leave my current full installation in place (v120Pre2).

2) Launch a previous portable version of InfoQube.

3) Open current databases and make changes using the old portable version.

4) Close the files, re-open them with the current version (which was left installed) and continue with work normally.

Copy special doesn't retain dates

Copy special was previously fixed so items retained their original creation dates when pasted in another database.

That no longer works on my system.  It inserts the current date in the ItemCreated field.

1) Edit>Copy>CopySpecial>6

2) Edit>Paste>PasteSpecial>Items in XML Format

In paste options dialogue I check "Paste item's created date and modified date".  It still shows today's date.

Is there something I can do to make this work again?  Rebooting didn't help.
