After adding a colour to grid options incorrectly, the file cant be opened
 
I added a colour to a file, I forgot to add the | after the name
i.e. I added this to start of the colour list:-
Grey#DDDDDD|
instead of -
Grey|#DDDDDD|
 
I close & reopen file - it starts to load and nothing happens
Says xxxx.sndb loading (or something similar) on the titlebar
 
Seems to slow down the programme thereafter - after restart prob okay
 
Also happened with default new file (with info)
 
 
[edit] I've replaced it with a backup - but could this be corrected by editing the ini file?

Would it be possible to build IE 'extensions' so users could either clip from FF or IE.
I noticed from my old URp install that URp was able to do this.
I miss my little buttons & other context menu conveniences.
 
For the moment, I'm doing it in 4 steps:
1. select
2. ctrl-C
3. win+n
4.paste

Locked items

If I recall, locking an item would prevent moving it to another location. It may also have prevented editing that item (both features are desirable for me). I tried locking several items in H4 but can both move them and edit them.
 
Was this feature disabled?

Zoom

I'm not sure about this. When I used Zoom in earlier builds, I think it zoomed the grid. Now, it zooms the header of the grid containing the field names.

Could not drag items in H2

When I used H2 to open an existing database, I could not drag  any items at all. There was no indication that the item was being dragged and no position indicator.  I closed and re-opened IQ, refreshed ad nauseum, all with no success I created a sub-item, and all seems to be working now. I am running Vista.

Debugging

With the H release, I've made a few changes to my DB, and now when I insert new rows I'm getting a persistent error (red status bar), which I can't find the source of.
 
How do I trace this & find the error?
 
From the errorlog, the message is:
2/11/09 5:08:01 pm 91 3  2/11/09 5:08:01 pm 91 Object variable or With block variable not set(l=0) 
 
I've looked through the formula's, etc & can't find what could be calling something & causing this error. Any tips on how I fault find this?
