Source Bar - Source box - typing in name of source field doesn't work properly

I am having diffculty if i try to type in the name of a field into the source box.

It should be possible to type in the name of a field to put it into the source box.  But it seems that for the most part IQ jumps to the first field that begins with the letter typed in.  But even that is not consistent.  If I type in the letter I, the source box fills in with [Item Modified] but that is not next to the other "I" fields.  If I type "j", the source box may fill in in with "[j" but if I next type in in "k", the dropdown list does not jump to the "k" fields but rather displays "[jk".

Data Loss Question

I have IQ set to backup every 15 minutes, and the HTML pane set to backup every 1 minute.  I was just working on a long draft in the HTML pane.  I clicked on another grid and IQ crashed (first time this has happened in a long time).  I reopened and everything I had typed into the HTML pane was completely gone.

1. I then went back and opened the most recent backup from about 8 minutes earlier.  But that didn't contain anything in the HTML pane either.  Shouldn't it have?  Or did the content in the HTML pane not get saved when the files was backed up because I was still working in the HTML pane?  I know the content of the pane gets saved when IQ is closed, but not every minute (my setting) or when a backup is done if someone is working in it?

Selecting values from separate items to paste in separate items doesn't work (pastes everything in one cell)

"Paste special" doesn't work anymore.

- Select a number of items. E.g. a number field. with numbers from 1 to 4

- Copy it. The clipboard should have something like
    1
    2
    3
    4

- Select 4 other items and paste the series.

- IQ offers only one choice and pastes everything (1,2,3,4) in all cells resulting in something like
   1234
   1234
   1234
   1234

87 Tab switching / focus restore slowness

Mentionning it as it disrupts work flow. Your mileage may vary.
Everytime I switch tab (change grids) or come back to IQ, there's a 1-2s delay. (Something like that goes on : first the grid gets the focus, then the tab gets the focus, then the toolbar changes color, and the formatting buttons change, etc. Everything happens in a slow succession and until everything is completed, nothing is possible)
