Is there a clear explanation of how to link to Zotero and read the database contents into a grid?

 

I saw this link at the main IQ website: Pull data from external databases, local or remote

So, I clicked the Pull data link...which lead me to:

Okay...I committed to start using IQ for doing some real planning. I created a grid called Projects and I started building some work breakdown structures. The next day when I tried to reload the Project grid, all I get is a message "Loadin." What do I do now?

I know that I can't run IQ on IPAD -- it's not possible to ever make it compatible with Apple?

Whether the MHT  file was updated or not, the pop up appears each time a new MHT file is loaded in the HTML pane while browsing an item list.

I'd like to assign two of my own keyboard shortcuts to HTML pane menu items: namely, CTRL+SHIFT+O to 'File>open in browser' and CTRL+SHIFT+L to 'View>lock item', but after clicking 'assign', as soon as I restart IQ, these assignments are nowhere to be found.

 

[edit: This is unaffected if I remove the Grid shortcuts of the same keystrokes]

In the popup editor, there is a context menu for "select all", but it would be quite convenient to also have ctrl-a perform that function, just like it does in the grid.
