I thought I had mentioned this bug before but realized I have not.

 

1- ctrl-f to open the quick search dialog

2- type and select items in the quick search result grid. Click "Go" or press enter..

 

"Search" grid opens, displaying the selected items. fine.

 

Leave the grid open and start the same process again.

 

 

OPML import does not seem to work for me. Since I cannot get structured text (tab-indented) to copy / paste directly into IQ as an outline, I thought I could use Brainstorm as an intermediate step. I copied my text iinto Brainstorm then exported to OPML. IQ does not recognize this as a valiid OPML file and therefore I cannot import from Brainstorm. Now as far as I know, Brainstorm's OPML structure folllows standards and I have no difficulty importing from Brainstorm into other applications. Finally, I cannot seem to import OPML into IQ from any other application either. 

 

Am I doing something wrong?

P.S. I'm using Pre-release 6.

1- I got a crash from drag drop an item in the calendar from the "all day" section to the calendar. couldn't reproduce it yet.

2- ctrl drag drop creates duplicates but... Deleting the "item" (last option in the deletion dialog) didn't delete all the other duplicates, only the one selected... I.E : Others  didn't disappear even if the item didn't exist anymore.

3- Only way to get rid of the duplicates : choose "Remove item from the  calendar".

 

I guess it's a bug ? Especially that events with no corresponding items displayed in this way havce no properties at all... They are like ghost items.

 

I'd like to see the "Other Fields" from the Add Item dialogue available via the item context menu. It is great when creating new items, to assign them to grids, and would be especially useful to me to be able to reassign existing items (especially the overflowing inbox).

 

And it looks even more useful now that I discovered there is a "Filter For:" button there; I'd never noticed that til now. 

 

 

Could not unpack 14 files from the portable zip package for PreRel6. Would not install.

A bug was found which can cause you to loose the content of a grid cell (in particular, the item), so it is important to download the latest version (or copy the LatestBuild)

 

 

 

To trigger the bug:

Fixed.

 

It is important that all users install this fix... there has been very few issues that caused data to be lost, and we're quite proud of it, but this bug can cause you to loose some of your precious information.

 

- If I swish back and forth quickly between  2 items, the properties pane might "stick" and diplay the wrong item data.

- See also the problem with properties pane sync when adding items through add item dialog.

 

I'll try to come back with details on how to reproduce that, But that's pretty much it.
